Die Gesamtfläche der Alm in Holzbauweise beträgt ca. 24 ha, davon wird ca. 1 ha forstwirtschaftlich genutzt. Für die ca. 23 ha landwirtschaftlich genutzte Fläche wird die Rückpachtmöglichkeit gewünscht. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine gemütliche Wohnküche eingerichtet, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Abstellräume und ein Stall. Geheizt und gekocht wird mit einem urigen Holzofen. Im Obergeschoss sind 3 große Schlafzimmer und ein Lagerraum vorhanden, mit derzeit 12 Betten. Die Alm ist über den Güterweg Gschwandtnerberg, weiter über den Wirtschaftsweg der Alm- und Weidegenossenschaft, sowie einen Privatweg zu erreichen. The total area of the alpine timber construction is about 24 ha, of which about 1 ha is used for forestry purposes. For the approx. 23 hectares of agricultural area, the possibility to lease back is desired. On the ground floor is a cozy living room furnished, a bathroom with shower, WC, storage room and a stable. On the upper floor are 3 large bedrooms and a storage room present, with currently 12 beds. The rustic alpine pasture is accessible via the forest road, via the economic route of the alpine pasture and pasture cooperative, as well as a private path.
